UV Radyasyonu ve Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ultraviyole (UV) radyasyon, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131, kaynak i\u015flemleri ve baz\u0131 yapay \u0131\u015f\u0131k kaynaklar\u0131 yoluyla maruz kal\u0131nan bir elektromanyetik radyasyon t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. UV radyasyonu, dalga boylar\u0131na g\u00f6re UV-A, UV-B ve UV-C olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fyerlerinde en s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan UV kayna\u011f\u0131 kaynak i\u015flemleridir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1. UV Radyasyonunun Kaynaklar\u0131 ve Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kaynak \u0130\u015flemleri:<\/strong> Kaynak i\u015flemleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kan UV radyasyonu, metal eriyiklerinin y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131 ve ark \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131 yoluyla hem kaynak\u00e7\u0131ya hem de \u00e7evredeki ki\u015filere zarar verebilir. KKD kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda g\u00f6zlerde fotokeratit (ark g\u00f6z\u00fc) olu\u015fabilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Di\u011fer Kaynaklar:<\/strong> G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131, solaryum cihazlar\u0131, baz\u0131 dezenfeksiyon cihazlar\u0131 ve floresan lambalar da UV radyasyonu yayabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131:<\/strong> Uluslararas\u0131 ve ulusal mevzuatlar, UV radyasyonu i\u00e7in maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerini belirlemi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de, kaynak i\u015flemlerinde UV maruziyeti i\u00e7in TWA (Zaman A\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 Ortalama De\u011fer) 0.1 mg\/m\u00b3 ve STEL (K\u0131sa S\u00fcreli Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131r De\u011feri) ise 0.05 mg\/m\u00b3 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.2. UV Radyasyonunun Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00dczerindeki Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00f6z Etkileri:<\/strong> En s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen etki fotokeratittir (ark g\u00f6z\u00fc). Bu durum, kaynak \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli maruziyet sonras\u0131 g\u00f6zlerde a\u011fr\u0131, yanma, k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, sulanma ve \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa hassasiyet gibi belirtilerle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. G\u00f6zlerde bulan\u0131k g\u00f6rme, ge\u00e7ici k\u00f6rl\u00fck ve hatta kal\u0131c\u0131 hasar da olu\u015fabilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cilt Etkileri:<\/strong> UV radyasyonuna maruz kalan ciltte k\u0131zar\u0131kl\u0131k, yan\u0131k, soyulma ve cilt kanseri riski art\u0131\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Uzun s\u00fcreli ve y\u00fcksek dozda maruziyet, ciltte ya\u015flanma belirtilerini h\u0131zland\u0131rabilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Di\u011fer Etkiler:<\/strong> Baz\u0131 durumlarda UV maruziyeti ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini bask\u0131layabilir ve DNA hasar\u0131na yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. IR Radyasyonu (IR, Lazer, RF, Mikrodalga) ve Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde di\u011fer iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmayan radyasyon t\u00fcrleri olan infrared (IR), lazer, RF ve mikrodalga radyasyonun i\u015fyerindeki etkileri, maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ve korunma y\u00f6ntemleri detayl\u0131 olarak incelenecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1. IR Radyasyonu ve Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Infrared (IR) radyasyon, \u0131s\u0131 enerjisi olarak bilinir ve ciltte yan\u0131klara, g\u00f6zde katarakt olu\u015fumuna ve ciltte ya\u015flanmaya neden olabilir. Kaynak i\u015flemleri, cam sanayii, metal d\u00f6k\u00fcm i\u015fleri ve baz\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel f\u0131r\u0131nlar IR radyasyonunun yayg\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131:<\/strong> IR radyasyonu i\u00e7in TLV-TWA de\u011feri 10 mg\/m\u00b3 ve STEL de\u011feri 0.5 mg\/m\u00b3 olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2. Lazer Radyasyonu ve Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131, yo\u011fun ve odaklanm\u0131\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131k demetleri olup, g\u00f6z ve cilt dokular\u0131nda hasara neden olabilir. Lazerler, t\u0131bbi uygulamalar, end\u00fcstriyel kesme ve kaynak i\u015flemleri, ileti\u015fim sistemleri gibi bir\u00e7ok alanda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan g\u00f6zlere maruziyeti, retinada kal\u0131c\u0131 hasara yol a\u00e7abilir. Ciltte ise yan\u0131klara ve pigmentasyon de\u011fi\u015fikliklerine neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131:<\/strong> Lazer radyasyonu i\u00e7in maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, lazerin t\u00fcr\u00fcne ve kullan\u0131m amac\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermektedir. Genel olarak, lazer \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan g\u00f6zlere veya cilde maruziyetinden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3. Radyo Frekans (RF) ve Mikrodalga Radyasyon ve Etkileri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Radyo frekans (RF) ve mikrodalga radyasyon, elektromanyetik spektrumun iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmayan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yer al\u0131r. Bu radyasyon t\u00fcrleri, \u00f6zellikle y\u00fcksek enerjili olduklar\u0131nda, dokularda \u0131s\u0131 art\u0131\u015f\u0131na neden olarak biyolojik etkilere yol a\u00e7abilir. RF ve mikrodalga radyasyonun kaynaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda baz istasyonlar\u0131, cep telefonu ileti\u015fimi, radar sistemleri, mikrodalga f\u0131r\u0131nlar ve baz\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel ekipmanlar bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131:<\/strong> RF ve mikrodalga radyasyon i\u00e7in maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, radyasyonun frekans\u0131na, g\u00fcc\u00fcne ve maruziyet s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re belirlenir. Genel olarak, RF ve mikrodalga radyasyonun maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Mesleki Kanserler ve \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Olmayan Radyasyon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmayan radyasyon t\u00fcrlerinin mesleki kanser riskini art\u0131rabilece\u011fine dair kan\u0131tlar bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle UV radyasyonu, cilt kanseri riskini art\u0131r\u0131rken, RF ve mikrodalga radyasyonun baz\u0131 kanser t\u00fcrleri ile ili\u015fkisi konusunda ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. \u0130\u015fverenin Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri ve Koruyucu \u00d6nlemler<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015fverenler, i\u015fyerinde maruz kal\u0131nan iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmayan radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeli ve risk de\u011ferlendirmesi yapmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerine uyulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara uygun KKD (g\u00f6zl\u00fck, maske, eldiven, koruyucu giysiler vb.) sa\u011flamal\u0131 ve kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 konusunda e\u011fitim vermelidir.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00fchendislik kontrolleri (havaland\u0131rma, kalkanlama vb.) \u00f6ncelikli olarak uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fyeri ortam\u0131nda gerekli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve sonu\u00e7lar kaydedilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlara, maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 riskler ve korunma y\u00f6ntemleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi verilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. \u0130\u015fyeri Hekiminin Rol\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyeri hekimleri, iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmayan radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemede, risk de\u011ferlendirmesi yapmada, maruziyet s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol etmede, uygun KKD se\u00e7imi ve kullan\u0131m\u0131nda, m\u00fchendislik kontrollerinin uygulanmas\u0131nda ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n e\u011fitimi konusunda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Maruziyet \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan gerekli \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bildirimi ve SGK S\u00fcreci<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyerinde meydana gelen ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc durumda, i\u015f kazas\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirim formlar\u0131 doldurularak SGK&#8217;ya bildirilmelidir. \u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirimleri, ilgili mevzuatla belirlenen s\u00fcreler i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. \u0130\u015fyeri Ziyareti ve Risk De\u011ferlendirmesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fyeri ziyaretleri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131ndaki tehlikeleri ve riskleri belirlemek, mevcut kontrol \u00f6nlemlerinin yeterlili\u011fini de\u011ferlendirmek ve gerekli iyile\u015ftirmeleri yapmak i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. Risk de\u011ferlendirmesi, \u0130SG-YS&#8217;nin temelini olu\u015fturur ve s\u00fcrekli g\u00fcncellenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Koruyucu \u00d6nlemler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 olmayan radyasyona kar\u015f\u0131 korunmada temel prensip, maruziyetin kayna\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6nlenmesi veya azalt\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.
