Bildirimi ve SGK S\u00fcreci (T\u00fcrkiye Mevzuat\u0131)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bildirim Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 veya meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesi veya tan\u0131s\u0131 alan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n SGK&#8217;ya bildirimi, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenilmesinden sonraki \u00fc\u00e7 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde zorunludur.<\/li>\n<li>Bu bildirim i\u00e7in \u201c\u0130\u015f Kazas\u0131 ve Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bildirim Formu\u201d (\u00c7SGB taraf\u0131ndan ad\u0131md\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fyeri Ziyareti, Risk De\u011ferlendirmesi ve Koruyucu \u00d6nlemler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fyeri Ziyareti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015fyeri hekimi veya i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 ve kullan\u0131lan kimyasallar\u0131 yerinde g\u00f6zlemlemelidir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6zellikle metal ya\u011f alma ve temizleme yap\u0131lan alanlar detayl\u0131 incelenmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Havaland\u0131rma sistemleri, ki\u015fisel koruyucu donan\u0131m (KKD) kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6ntemleri ve ki\u015fisel hijyen uygulamalar\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk De\u011ferlendirmesi (RD):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0130\u015fyerinde bulunan t\u00fcm tehlikeler (fiziksel, kimyasal, biyolojik, ergonomik, psikososyal) belirlenmeli ve bu tehlikelerin riskleri analiz edilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Trikloretilen ve klorlu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclere maruziyet riskleri \u00f6zellikle \u00f6nceliklendirilmelidir.<\/li>\n<li>Mevcut kontrol \u00f6nlemleri (havaland\u0131rma, KKD kullan\u0131m\u0131, i\u015f rotasyonu vb.) de\u011ferlendirilmeli ve yetersiz kalanlar i\u00e7in ek \u00f6nlemler planlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Malzeme G\u00fcvenlik \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n idrar TCA d\u00fczeyleri y\u00fcksek bulundu ve karaci\u011fer enzimlerinde de y\u00fckselme tespit edildi. \u0130\u015fyeri hekimi, i\u015f\u00e7inin trikloretilen maruziyetini azaltmak i\u00e7in havaland\u0131rma sisteminin iyile\u015ftirilmesi ve i\u015f rotasyonu gibi \u00f6nlemlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nerdi.
