Ancak Hippokrat Yemini&#8217;ne ve t\u0131bbi etik ilkelere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, hasta \u2014 bu durumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u2014 haklar\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte burada ba\u015fl\u0131yor <strong>&#8220;\u00e7ift ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k&#8221; sorunu<\/strong>. T\u0131bbi kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131zda tutars\u0131zl\u0131klar varsa, SGK&#8217;dan para iadesi talep edilebilir.<\/p>\n<h3>Hukuki Riskler (Kurumsal):<\/h3>\n<p>\u0130\u015fveren, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana kar\u015f\u0131 ya da di\u011fer kurumlara kar\u015f\u0131 yanl\u0131\u015f bilgi verilmesinden sorumlu olabilir. Kas-iskelet sistemi muayenesinde boyun-omuz b\u00f6lgesinde spasm ve hassasiyet, sa\u011f kolda median sinir distrib\u00fcsyonunda a\u011fr\u0131 vard\u0131r. 2 hafta s\u00fcre ile aktif istirahat, fizyoterapist dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ergonomik uyarlamalar sonras\u0131 iyile\u015fme beklenmektedir.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bu t\u00fcr notlar, daha sonra &#8220;ben neden bu raporu yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131&#8221; hakim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klayabilmenizi sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<h3>4.
