UV radyasyonu bu kategorinin en \u00f6nemli i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemidir.<\/p>\n<p>UV radyasyonu kaynaklar\u0131:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131:<\/strong> Tar\u0131m i\u015f\u00e7ileri, in\u015faat i\u015f\u00e7ileri, peyzaj mimarlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer a\u00e7\u0131k havada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yapay UV kaynaklar\u0131:<\/strong> Kaynak i\u015fleri (ark kaynak), UV lambalar (solaryumlar, sterilizasyon), tiyatro sahne \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Radyasyon ve Doz S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131<\/h2>\n<h3>T\u00fcrk Mevzuat\u0131nda Radyasyon Maruziyeti D\u00fczenlemeleri<\/h3>\n<p><strong>6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanunu<\/strong> \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde radyasyon maruziyeti &#8220;<strong>Kimyasal ve Biyolojik Etkenlerle Maruziyet S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8221;<\/strong> ve \u00f6zel olarak &#8220;<strong>\u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Radyasyonlardan Korunma Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong>&#8221; taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (\u015fu an Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131) bu alanda yetkilidir ve <strong>N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu (NDK)<\/strong> denetim yapar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk mevzuat\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 standartlar\u0131 (ICRP \u2014 Uluslararas\u0131 Radyoloji Korumas\u0131 Komisyonu) referans alarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h3>Doz S\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>\u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyonda doz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc <strong>Sievert (Sv)<\/strong> veya milisievert (mSv) cinsinden yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ek olarak, akut maruziyet fotokeratit (kaynak g\u00f6z \u00fcf\u00fcr\u00fck benzeri) ve g\u00fcne\u015f yan\u0131\u011f\u0131na neden olur.<\/p>\n<p>UV maruziyeti cum\u00fclatif oldu\u011fundan, yap\u0131lan toplam maruziyetin ya\u015fam boyu birikimi (&#8220;life-time dose&#8221;) tehlike ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 A\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan UV Maruziyeti<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de UV radyasyonuna y\u00f6nelik spesifik &#8220;doz s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131&#8221; tayin edilmi\u015f de\u011fildir. Ancak ISO ve ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) standartlar\u0131 referans al\u0131n\u0131r. Do\u011fum yap\u0131ncaya kadar bu stat\u00fcs\u00fc s\u00fcrer.<\/p>\n<h3>Gen\u00e7 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar (18 Ya\u015f Alt\u0131)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>6331 Kanun ve \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Radyasyonlardan Korunma Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda, 18 ya\u015f alt\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde radyasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lamaz. Radyasyonlu i\u015flere hi\u00e7 girmelerine izin verilmez, bu yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>16\u201318 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, mesleki e\u011fitim ama\u00e7l\u0131 (staj, vb.) radyasyonlu b\u00f6l\u00fcme girebilir ama YALNIZCA e\u011fitim ama\u00e7l\u0131 ve g\u00f6zetim alt\u0131nda, y\u0131ll\u0131k 1 mSv s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda kalmak \u00fczere.<\/p>\n<h3>Emziren \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar<\/h3>\n<p>Hamilelik sona erdikten sonra emzirme d\u00f6neminde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan radyoaktif maddeler ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsa, kontaminasyon riski a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcksektir.
