E\u011fer bir meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00fcpheniz varsa ve ne yapman\u0131z gerekti\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenmek istiyorsan\u0131z:<\/p>\n<p>Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tan\u0131 s\u00fcreci yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 okuyunuz.<\/p>\n<h3>Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedir?<\/h3>\n<p>Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi (ISG) ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu (SGK) mevzuat\u0131nda ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p><strong>6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130SG Kanununda:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131: Mesleki risklere maruziyet sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; (Madde 3\/L)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>5510 say\u0131l\u0131 SGK Kanununda:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, sigortal\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fin niteli\u011finden dolay\u0131 tekrarlanan bir sebeple veya i\u015fin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcm \u015fartlar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7ici veya s\u00fcrekli hastal\u0131k, bedensel veya ruhsal engellilik halleridir.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u015feklinde tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olup, tan\u0131m olarak SGK&#8217;n\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 daha kabul g\u00f6rmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu tan\u0131m \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirilecek olan bir meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak herhangi bir tazminat\u0131 hakketmektedir. Bu tan\u0131ma uymuyorsa herhangi bir engelllilik ve hak mahrumiyetine u\u011framas\u0131 durumunda ma\u011fdur, SGK veya Devletten ne yaz\u0131k ki bir \u015fey talep edemez.<\/p>\n<h3>SGK Kanunundaki tan\u0131m g\u00f6re Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015ften kaynaklanan herhangi bir sebeple hasta olursa bu<strong> meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0<\/strong>d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>ge\u00e7ici<\/strong> veya <strong>s\u00fcrekli\/kal\u0131c\u0131<\/strong> bir \u00f6z\u00fcr (maluliyet) durumu yaratabilir. Bu \u00f6z\u00fcr durumu bedensel olabilece\u011fi gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bozmu\u015f olabilir. Psikiyatrik hastal\u0131klarda meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olabilir anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer taraftan bu tan\u0131m\u0131n en \u00f6nemli ifadesi bu ma\u011fduriyete u\u011frayan ki\u015finin herhangi bir hak talep edebilmesi i\u00e7in <strong>S\u0130GORTALI<\/strong> olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Yani \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n i\u015fyeri\/i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan primlerinin yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. E\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131 de\u011filse meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fhisi alamaz ve hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden \u00e7al\u0131\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnler i\u00e7in SGK&#8217;dan herhangi bir geri \u00f6deme de <strong>talep edemez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O y\u00fczden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar olarak mutlaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yerde SGK&#8217;ya kaydolarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z gerekir. \u0130\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan SGK&#8217;ya kay\u0131t oldu\u011fumuz s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f olsa bile maa\u015f\u0131m\u0131zla beraber her ay SGK&#8217;ya primimizin bize s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi miktarda yat\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da takip etmemiz gerekir. Bu takibi, SGK M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine \u015fahsen ba\u015fvurarak veya internette <a href=\"http:\/\/www.turkiye.gov.tr\">eDevlet<\/a> uygulamas\u0131 \u00fczerinden takip edebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de Meslek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 listesi<strong> \u201cSosyal Sigortalar Kanunu Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u015flemleri T\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201d<\/strong> ekinde yer almaktad\u0131r.\u00a0Meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 listesi; hastal\u0131klar ve belirtileri, y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck s\u00fcresi\u00a0hastal\u0131k tehlikesi olan ba\u015fl\u0131ca i\u015fler olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lgili mevzuatta meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ile ilgili s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar etkene\u00a0g\u00f6re yap\u0131lan s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma ve organa g\u00f6re yap\u0131lan s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rman\u0131n kombinasyonu\u00a0olacak \u015fekilde 5 ana grupta toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15274\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ergometri.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/mhhtr.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"559\" height=\"297\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>S\u0131k G\u00f6r\u00fclen Meslek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n hepsini de\u011fil, daha s\u0131kl\u0131kla g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerimizi payla\u015faca\u011f\u0131m.
