Tam s\u00fcreli i\u015fyeri hekimi g\u00f6revlendirilen i\u015fyerlerinde, di\u011fer sa\u011fl\u0131k personeli g\u00f6revlendirilmesi zorunlu de\u011fildir. Bu ki\u015filerin g\u00f6revlendirmeleri esnas\u0131nda s\u00fcre hesaplan\u0131rken \u00f6\u011frenci stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde olan \u00e7\u0131rak ve stajyerler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n toplam\u0131na d\u00e2hil edilmez.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda belirlenen niteliklere sahip personel bulunmamas\u0131 h\u00e2linde, bu hizmetin tamam\u0131n\u0131 veya bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 <strong>ortak sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik birimlerinden (OSGB)<\/strong> hizmet alarak yerine getirebilir.<\/li>\n<li>Ancak belirlenen niteliklere ve gerekli belgeye sahip olmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde, tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak, bu hizmetin yerine getirilmesini <strong>kendisi<\/strong> \u00fcstlenebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15046\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ergometri.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/isg-fabrika-baret.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"313\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>\u0130\u015fveren;<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>G\u00f6revlendirdikleri ki\u015fi veya hizmet ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirmeleri amac\u0131yla <em><strong>ara\u00e7, gere\u00e7, mek\u00e2n ve zaman gibi gerekli b\u00fct\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131<\/strong><\/em>n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fyerinde sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik hizmetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctenler aras\u0131nda i\u015f birli\u011fi ve koordinasyonu sa\u011flar.<\/li>\n<li>G\u00f6revlendirdikleri ki\u015fi veya hizmet ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili mevzuata uygun olan ve <strong>yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirilen tedbirleri<\/strong> yerine getirir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fini etkiledi\u011fi bilinen veya etkilemesi muhtemel konular hakk\u0131nda; g\u00f6revlendirdikleri ki\u015fi veya hizmet ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131, ba\u015fka i\u015fyerlerinden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere kendi i\u015fyerine gelen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve bunlar\u0131n i\u015fverenlerini bilgilendirir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kamu \u0130hale Kanunu kapsam\u0131ndaki kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131;<\/strong> i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hizmetlerini, Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ait d\u00f6ner sermayeli kurulu\u015flardan do\u011frudan alabilece\u011fi gibi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/MevzuatMetin\/1.5.4734.doc\">4734 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmleri<\/a> \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de alabilir.<\/p>\n<h3>50\u2019den az \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 bulunan ve az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan i\u015fyerleri:<\/h3>\n<p>i\u015fverenleri veya i\u015fveren vekili taraf\u0131ndan Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a ilan edilen e\u011fitimleri tamamlamak \u015fart\u0131yla i\u015fe giri\u015f ve periyodik muayeneler ve tetkikler hari\u00e7 i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hizmetlerini y\u00fcr\u00fctebilirler.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/esertifika.anadolu.edu.tr\/program\/14\/isveren-ve-isveren-vekili-icin-is-sagligi-ve-guvenligi\">Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi taraf\u0131ndan verilen \u0130\u015fveren ve \u0130\u015fveren Vekili \u0130\u00e7in \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Hizmetleri e\u011fitimi ba\u015fvuru sayfas\u0131 &gt;&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi ile \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131nda 9 Ekim 2015 tarihinde \u0130\u015fyerlerinde \u0130\u015fveren veya \u0130\u015fveren Vekili Taraf\u0131ndan Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Hizmetleri E\u011fitim, S\u0131nav ve Belgelendirme i\u015fbirli\u011fi protokol\u00fc imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Anadolu \u00dcniversitesi ile \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle haz\u0131rlanan sertifika program\u0131na kat\u0131larak ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan i\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekilleri ondan az \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 bulunan ve az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan i\u015fyerlerinde, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hizmetlerini kendileri y\u00fcr\u00fctebilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Herhangi bir diploma derecesi aranmaks\u0131z\u0131n programa 18 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f herkes ba\u015fvurabilir.<\/p>\n<p class=\"OrtaBalkBold\"><a
