Periyodik muayene neticesinde rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilenlerin ileri tetkik ve te\u015fhis amac\u0131yla Meslek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Hastaneleri\u2019ne (civarda yoksa yetkilendirilmi\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunucular\u0131na) sevki uygun olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015f yeri hekimi ve\/veya hastanedeki ilgili uzman, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanda mevcut herhangi bir rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit etti\u011finde bunun mesleki olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmelidir. E\u011fer hekim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanda meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsa, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet sunucusunun sa\u011fl\u0131k kuruluna sunarak raporlamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her \u201cMeslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d bildirimi, Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 OLMAYAB\u0130L\u0130R!<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doktor taraf\u0131ndan <em>meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilintisi<\/em> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclerek SGK taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilmi\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet sunucusu sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu taraf\u0131ndan meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 her rahats\u0131zl\u0131k \u201cMeslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d olarak <strong>de\u011ferlendirilmemelidir.<\/strong> \u0130lk te\u015fhisten itibaren rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n <strong>\u201cmeslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesi\u201d<\/strong> oldu\u011fu, bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n <strong>SGK Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulu<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan \u0130NCELENMEDEN kesin Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r! denemeyece\u011fi, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n mesleki olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na karar verecek yegane otoritenin SGK Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulu oldu\u011fu bilinmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SGK taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilmi\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet sunucusu taraf\u0131ndan meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na tutuldu\u011fu tespit edilmi\u015f ve bu sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet sunucusunun sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilerek <em>\u201c\u2026 meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/em> karar\u0131 al\u0131nm\u0131\u015fsa SGK gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hallerde i\u015fyerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 t\u0131bb\u00ee sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan denetim raporu isteyebilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili bildirimler \u00fczerine gerekli soru\u015fturmalar, SGK\u2019nun denetim ve kontrol ile yetkilendirilen memurlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan veya Bakanl\u0131k i\u015f m\u00fcfetti\u015fleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla yapt\u0131r\u0131labilir.
