Hastal\u0131k bedene zarar verdi\u011fi gibi ruhsal \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcl\u00fck hali de olu\u015fturabilir. O y\u00fczden i\u015fyeri hekimi hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken sadece bedenle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmamal\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ruhsal de\u011ferlendirmesini de ihmal etmemelidir!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 diyebilmemiz i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Yetkili sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmet sunucular\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen sa\u011fl\u0131k kurul raporu ve bu raporun dayana\u011f\u0131 olan tetkik belge ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n incelenmesi<\/li>\n<li>Ve\/veya (SGK taraf\u0131ndan gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde, \u015fart de\u011fil) i\u015fyerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 t\u0131bb\u00ee sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan denetim raporlar\u0131 (i\u015fyeri tefti\u015fi) ile gerekli di\u011fer belgelerin incelenmesi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sonras\u0131nda <strong>SGK Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulu<\/strong> taraf\u0131ndan tespit edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015ften Ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan Sonra Olu\u015fan Meslek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra da meydana gelmi\u015f olabilir. \u0130\u015ften ayr\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edilmi\u015fse ve bu hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n sigortal\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha \u00f6nceki i\u015finden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcyorsa, 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 kanundan do\u011fan haklar\u0131ndan yararlanabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu haklardan yararlanabilmesi i\u00e7in eski \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n, eski i\u015finden fiilen ayr\u0131lmas\u0131yla hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n meydana \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 aras\u0131nda bu hastal\u0131k i\u00e7in belirlenen s\u00fcreden daha uzun bir zaman\u0131n ge\u00e7memi\u015f olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r. Bu durumdaki ki\u015filer, gerekli belgelerle SGK\u2019ya m\u00fcracaat edebilirler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Herhangi bir meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n <em>(klinik ve laboratuvar bulgular\u0131yla)<\/em> belirlendi\u011fi ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yol a\u00e7an etkenin <strong><em>i\u015fyerindeki inceleme<\/em><\/strong> sonunda tespit edildi\u011fi hallerde, <strong>meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 listesindeki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck s\u00fcresi a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsa bile,<\/strong> s\u00f6z konusu hastal\u0131k SGK\u2019n\u0131n veya eski \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine Sosyal Sigorta Y\u00fcksek Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulunun onay\u0131 ile meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 say\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hangi hallerin meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 say\u0131laca\u011f\u0131, i\u015f kazas\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirgesinin \u015fekli ve i\u00e7eri\u011fi, verilme us\u00fbl\u00fc ile bu maddenin uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin di\u011fer us\u00fbl ve esaslar, SGK taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan <strong>\u015fu y\u00f6netmelikte<\/strong> d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6netmelikte belirlenmi\u015f hastal\u0131klar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131p say\u0131lmamas\u0131 hususunda \u00e7\u0131kabilecek uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar, Sosyal Sigorta Y\u00fcksek Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulunca karara ba\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Soru\u015fturmas\u0131<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015fyerlerinde Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tefti\u015fi hakk\u0131nda daha detayl\u0131 bilgi i\u00e7in bu yaz\u0131ma bir g\u00f6z at\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili bildirimler \u00fczerine gerekli soru\u015fturmalar, SGK\u2019nun denetim ve kontrol ile yetkilendirilen memurlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan veya \u00c7SGB \u0130\u015f M\u00fcfetti\u015fleri vas\u0131tas\u0131yla yapt\u0131r\u0131labilir. Askeri i\u015fyerleri i\u00e7in denetimler MSB ba\u011fl\u0131 Askeri \u0130\u015f Tefti\u015f Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcfetti\u015flerince yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu soru\u015fturmalarda gerekli belgelerle i\u015fyeri ortam\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilerek yap\u0131lan i\u015fle hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n olu\u015fumu aras\u0131ndaki ilinti de\u011ferlendirilir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Bildirimi<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Billdiriminin ne \u015fekilde yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili yaz\u0131m\u0131za bir g\u00f6z at\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenildi\u011fi g\u00fcnden ba\u015flayarak <strong>\u00fc\u00e7 i\u015fg\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde<\/strong>, i\u015f kazas\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 bildirgesi ile SGK\u2019ya bildirilmesi zorunludur. Bu y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerine getirmeyen ya da yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirilen hususlar\u0131 <strong><u>kasten<\/u><\/strong> eksik ya da yanl\u0131\u015f bildiren i\u015fveren veya sigortal\u0131ya, bu durum i\u00e7in yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bulunan masraflar ile \u00f6denmi\u015fse ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik \u00f6denekleri SGK taraf\u0131ndan r\u00fcc\u00fb edilir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dclkemizde Meslek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00dclkeler aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte, y\u0131lda her bin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan 4-12&#8217;sinin meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yakalanma ihtimali oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<a href=\"http:\/\/fhcam.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sgkist2012.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-11579\" src=\"http:\/\/fhcam.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sgkist2012.png\" alt=\"sgkist2012\" width=\"432\" height=\"257\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu varsay\u0131ma g\u00f6re; \u00fclkemizde 2012 y\u0131l\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re beklenen meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 vaka say\u0131s\u0131 50-150 bin aras\u0131nda iken tespit edilen vaka say\u0131s\u0131 395\u2019tir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00fclkemizde meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 istatistiklerinin bu denli yetersiz olmas\u0131nda t\u0131bbi, yasal ve sosyal nedenler \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2010-2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki durumu de\u011ferlendirmek amac\u0131yla meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sekiz sekt\u00f6re ait da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve \u015f\u00f6yle bir tablo kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_11580\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11580\" style=\"width: 453px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fhcam.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sektoregoremh.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-11580\" src=\"http:\/\/fhcam.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/sektoregoremh.png\" alt=\"Meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda en fazla maden ve metal, 2011 ve 2012 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ise en fazla maden sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\" width=\"453\" height=\"603\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-11580\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131, 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda en fazla maden ve metal, 2011 ve 2012 y\u0131llar\u0131nda ise en fazla maden sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015fyeri Hekimine \u00d6neriler<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fana yap\u0131lacak olan \u00f6neri i\u015fyerinin durumu ve t\u0131bbi muayenelerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla tutarl\u0131 olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar biyolojik izlem sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, genel s\u0131hhi \u00f6nlemler ve ki\u015fisel koruyucu donan\u0131mlar hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesleki t\u0131bbi de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya i\u015fle ilgili hastal\u0131klardan \u015f\u00fcphelenilmesi halinde, t\u0131bbi gizlili\u011fi g\u00f6zetirken, i\u015fvereni de bilgilendirmeli ve gerekli \u00f6nerilerde bulunulmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu t\u00fcr durumlarda te\u015fhis i\u00e7in en k\u0131sa zamanda ilgili hastane ve kurumlara sevk edilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vaka De\u011ferlendirmesi ancak i\u015fyerinin durumu ve ki\u015finin maruziyeti bilindi\u011finde ve i\u015fyerinde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir risk de\u011ferlendirmesi bulunmas\u0131 durumunda m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u0130\u015fyerinde yap\u0131lan risk de\u011ferlendirmesinde hangi teknik, organizasyonel ve bireysel \u00f6nlemlerin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 vaka de\u011ferlendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131nda g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015fyerinde meydana gelen meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n nedenleri ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve tekrarlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in gerekli sa\u011fl\u0131k de\u011ferlendirilmesi yap\u0131larak i\u015fveren bilgilendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sonu\u00e7 olarak:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 her ne kadar sadece t\u0131p dallar\u0131 ile ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de; asl\u0131nda m\u00fchendislik ve sosyal bilimlerin de ilgi alan\u0131na girmektedir.
